Can having sex rupture a swollen spleen? - whats a swollen spleen
My BF has mono, and at this point, but I still can not lift heavy objects or even beaten in the stomach, the spleen is swollen and may burst. He thinks your good, but that's a normal guy. I just want to know whether it is safe? or what are the positions and what not. Thanks

Unlikely, but if he fell out of bed as long as possible. Besides having sex with a person with mono, is also threatening.
